Eagle's Rest Maintains Superhost Award by AirBnB for Two Consecutive Years
The Eagle's Rest, located just outside of Anchorage, Alaska, announced it has maintained its AirBnB Super Host status for eight consecutive quarters.
To become a Superhost, according to AirBnB.com, hosts must have an account in good standing and meet a series of requirements with performance measured over the past 12 month period. Learn more about AirBnB's Superhost program and policies by clicking here.
Superhosts must complete the following requirements to maintain eligibility:
- Complete at least 10 trips OR complete 3 reservations that total at least 100 nights.
- Maintain a 50% review rate or higher.
- Maintain a 90% response rate or higher.
- Zero cancellations, with excpetions made for those that fall under AirBnB's "Extenuating Circumstances".
- Maintain a 4.8 overall rating.
